摘要
以某跨径为200m拱桥主拱圈悬臂拼装施工工艺为背景,设计拱桥混凝土拱圈的安装过程:0#块在斜拉支架上现浇,1#~13#块分段预制,每悬臂拼装两个块件后进行混凝土湿接缝的浇筑,直至最后浇筑合龙.建立有限元模型进行分析,通过索力调整,得到合理索力,确保拱圈混凝土应力在施工过程中满足规范的要求.分析表明通过对缆索进行分阶段控制,可以确保混凝土湿接缝达到强度前边腹板接缝的安全,采用拼装两个混凝土块件后再进行湿接缝连接的施工方案是可行的.
Taking the cantilevered assembling construction technology for the main arch of a 200-meter-long span arch bridge as the engineering background,the installation process of the arch ring for the concrete arch bridge was designed.Block 0#was cast on the staid bracket and block1#to block13#were prefabricated sectionally.Casting the concrete wet-joint after each two blocks were cantilever assembled until the arch ring is cast to close.The finite element model was built to analyze the construction process.The reasonable cable force was got by adjusting the cable tension which must make sure that the stress of the arch ring during the construction process can meet the specification requirements.The analysis result shows that to control the cable by phase can ensure the safety of the side web joint before the wet-joint achieve its strength,so the construction scheme that to connect the wet-joint after each two blocks are assembled is feasible.
