摘要
目的:系统评价经方半夏泻心汤联合西药治疗消化性溃疡的疗效。方法:根据纳入标准,就建库时间—2013年9月使用半夏泻心汤中西医结合治疗的随机对照临床文献中有关治愈、复发情况等内容,利用Rev Man 5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果:1 964名患者纳入Meta分析,使用中西医结合治疗组优势明显,与单纯西药治疗对照组的治愈率及复发率相比均有统计学意义,P<0.01,不良反应发生少。结论:对消化性溃疡患者采用中西医结合治疗较单纯西医治疗具有疗效更好、不良反应更少的趋势,但尚需更高质量的证据给予有力的支持。
Objective：To investigate the effect of peptic ulcer treatment with classical formula of Banxia Xiexin Decoction（BD）.Methods：According to the including criteria,the randomized controlled trials of traditional and Western medicine treatment using Banxia Xiexin Decoction were enrolled into the analysis from inception to September 2013.The details about the trial results of the studies including cure rate and recurrence rate of ulcer were reviewed and analyzed with Meta method by Rev Man 5.2 software.Results：1964 patients were included in Meta-analysis.Statistical significance was found between Chinese-Western medicine treatment and Western medicine treatment.The former had higher cure rate and fewer recurrence rate（P0.01）,in addition to less adverse effects.Conclusion：Treatment with integrated Chinese-Western medicine tends to have better efficacy and fewer side effects on peptic ulcer.However,to acquire enough evidence,further clinical studies are needed.
