摘要
目的:观察参七脉心通胶囊(简称SQMXTJN)对颈动脉硬化并高脂血症患者的血脂、一氧化氮(NO)、血浆内皮素(ET)水平、颈动脉内膜厚度(IMT)、斑块积分的影响,探讨SQMXTJN抗动脉硬化的作用机制。方法:70例颈动脉硬化伴高脂血症患者随机分为SQMXTJN中药组及阿托伐他汀西药组,每组35例;分别给予SQMXTJN及阿托伐他汀口服治疗12周,于清晨空腹抽取服药前、服药后的静脉血,检测血总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)、血清NO、ET的水平,用彩色多普勒检测治疗前后2组患者颈动脉IMT及斑块积分。结果:治疗12周后2组患者的TC、LDL及ET明显降低,HDL及NO水平明显升高,与治疗前相比有明显差异(P<0.01),其中西药组优于治疗组(P<0.05);同时两组IMT、斑块数目及斑块积分亦明显降低,与治疗前相比有显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗后2组之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:SQMXTJN能有效的降低颈动脉硬化患者动脉内膜厚度、缩小斑块体积,从而防治动脉硬化的进一步发展,其机制可能与降低血脂、调节血管内皮功能有关。
Objective：To observe the effect of Shenqi Maixitong capsule on the lipid,serum nitric oxide（NO）,plasma endothelin（ET）,carotid artery intima-media thickness and the scores of plaque of the patients with carotid atherosclerosis and hyperlipidemia.To investigate the mechanism of anti-atherosclersis of Shenqi Maixitong capsule on patients with carotid atherosclerosis.Methods：70 patients with carotid atherosclerosis and hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into the Chinese medicine group（35 cases）and the western medicine group（35 cases）.The patients in two groups were respectively given Shenqi Maixitong capsule and atorvastatin orally for 12 weeks.The fasting venous blood was collected before and after treatment to test the level of total cholesterol（TC）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL）,NO and ET.The carotid artery IMT and the number and scores of plaque were detected by color Doppler.Results：After 12 weeks＇ treatment,the levels of TC,LDL and ET-1 in two groups were both decreased significantly,while the levels of NO and HDL were increased significantly and there was significant difference compared with those before treatment（P0.01）,and the western medicine group＇s was better than the Chinese medicine group＇s（P0.05）.The carotid artery IMT,the number and scores of plaque were significantly decreased and there was significant difference compared with those before treatment（P0.01）,After treatment,there was no significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：The Shenqi Maixitong capsule can effectively reduce the artery intima media thickness and plaque volume in patients with carotid atherosclerosis and hyperlipidemia and prevent the further development of atherosclerosis.The mechanisms may be related to reducing blood lipid and regulating vascular endothelial function.
