摘要
无边界职业生涯时代区别于传统的职业生涯时代,这直接导致了无边界职业生涯时代职业成功衡量标准的改变。总结国内外现有的研究经验,在对职业成功的概念、影响因素及其传导机制进行研究的基础上,构建了无边界职业生涯时代个体职业成功的影响因素理论模型,并运用相关数据对该理论模型进行了验证。结果表明:个体特征、职业生涯的无边界性、生涯适应力对个体职业成功影响显著;工作敬业度作为个体特征、职业生涯无边界性、生涯适应力的中介变量对个体的职业成功产生显著影响。
Boundaryless career era has its own characteristics different from traditional career time.This directly leads to the change of individual career success measurement.This paper summarizes the existing research both at home and abroad.On the basis of studying the concept of career success and its influencing factors,it builds an individual career success model in boundaryless career era,and verifies it using the collected data.The results show that individual characteristic,boundaryless of career,and career adaptability significantly influence the career success;work engagement as the intermediary variable has a significant impact on individual career success.
