摘要
四川藏区农村共青团工作面临破解"提高团的吸引力和凝聚力、扩大团的工作有效覆盖面"两大战略性课题,甘孜州农村共青团工作存在团组织覆盖面较小、团干部业务能力亟需提高、团组织活动对农村青年缺乏吸引力和农村团组织服务能力滞后等问题,提出通过稳步推进党建带团建、加大支持强化阵地、强化提升团干素质、抓好团员发展工作、积极创新活动方式和积极开展校地合作等途径来破解。
According to the investigation on the rural - Youth - League work （RYLW） in Garze Prefecture, this article finds that RYLW is featured by limited coverage in rural areas, un -competent professional ability from workers, less attractiveness in activities, etc. Therefore, in order to deal with the problems, this article puts forward some countermeasures as the following： promoting the league building through the party building, optimizing the organization, strengthening the quality of carders, innovating the ways of activates, and cooperating with the universities, etc. . which are also the healer- like suggestions to deal with the two strategic subjects of RYLW in Sichuan province.
