摘要
为提高树脂类固砂剂的固结强度,根据固砂用酚醛树脂分子结构的特点,应用环氧氯丙烷对酚醛树脂分子上的酚羟基通过醚化反应制备出环氧化改性酚醛树脂,并测试了抗压性能。实验结果表明,当固化剂采用六亚甲基四胺、偶联剂采用γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷时,新型固砂剂配方m(压裂砂)∶m(树脂)∶m(固化剂)∶m(偶联剂)=106.7∶6∶0.6∶0.1,固结体的抗压强度达8.8MPa,具有良好的固砂性能。
The epoxy modified phenolic resin was prepared via etherification reaction with epoxy chloropropane and phenolic hydroxyl of phenol according to structure features of phenolic resin as a sand consolidation agent in order to improve compression strength of resinous sand consolidation agents,and its compression performance was tested.The curing agent was hexamethylenetetramine,and the coupling agent was aminopropyltriethoxysilane.When fracturing sand,resin,curing agent,and coupling agent accounts for 100,6,0.6,0.1in mass ratio,the compression strentgh of the comsolidation sample is 8.8MPa,and the epoxy modified phenolic resin has good compression performance.
