石墨烯增强铜基复合材料的研究现状 被引量:14

摘要 石墨烯由于其独特的结构和优异的性能已成为目前金属基复合材料中最具吸引力的碳质材料增强体.本文系统报道了石墨烯增强铜基复合材料的分散方法和制备技术.总结了石墨烯的添加对复合材料性能的影响和其强化机理.同时也指出了石墨烯增强铜基复合材料研究存在的问题,并对其潜在应用进行了展望. Graphene has become the most attractive carbonaceous reinforcement because of its unique structure and excellent properties.This paper focuses on the dispersion method and preparation technique of graphene reinforced copper matrix composites.The effect of graphene addition in copper matrix composite on the properties and strengthening mechanism is summarized.Meanwhile,the main problems of graphene reinforced copper matrix composites are pointed out.Finally,the development tendency in the future is prospected.
