摘要
消失模铸造技术因其生产铸件具有尺寸精度高、表面光洁度好、铸件重量轻等优点被广泛应用于各种零件的铸造,但由于其工艺本身特点,对于铸造薄壁类的箱壳体极易产生变形。本文以大批量生产的薄壁类汽车离合器为例,阐述了通过合理的结构设计优化、铸造工艺设计、等控制此类零件变形的方法。
The lost foam casting process is widely used in the casting of various parts for its product casting with high dimensional accuracy,good surface finish and light weight. But due to its process characteristics,the thin wall box shell casting is susceptible to deformation. Based on the thin wall automobile clutch as an example,the way to control the deformation was elaborated by reasonable structure design optimization,the casting process design.
