摘要
针对2009年2月9日央视电视文化中心特大火灾,本文提出了高层建筑火灾后力学性能评估的理论和方法。首先通过火灾现场调查和火灾数值模拟,确定建筑火灾温度场,然后,提出了考虑火灾和荷载耦合的建筑结构火灾反应分析方法,同时还提出了整体建筑结构的火灾反应分析方法。本文还进行了大量结构及构件的火灾后力学性能试验,对评估方法进行验证,从而保证了评估方法的正确性和合理性。本文提出的评估方法为央视电视文化中心火灾后的力学性能评估提供了可靠依据与技术手段。
According to the large fire disaster of the Television Cultural Center (TVCC) CCTV, which occurred on February 9, 2009, a systematic evaluation theory and method of mechanical performance of high buildings suffered fire are proposed in this paper. First, the fire temperature is determined by the fire site investigation and fire simulation. Then, the methods of the building structure response to fire and the whole building effect is proposed considering the coupling of the fire and loads. At the same time, a large amount of experiments on the mechanical performance of structure and its members after fire are carried out to verify the validity of the proposed method. The proposed evaluation method is used in the post-fire performance assessment of TVCC.
