摘要 井下封隔器是CO2驱油田注气管柱的关键工具,目前使用的封隔器普遍存在密封气体能力不足的问题。为此,研制了二次压缩Y445型封隔器。该封隔器在结构设计上巧妙引入了二次加载持续压缩胶筒的设计理念,增加了利用管柱加载持续压缩胶筒功能,使胶筒永久保持与套管的接触应力。设计了卡瓦张紧机构,胶筒松驰所产生的微小坐封距被卡瓦张紧机构所吸收,从而提高了封隔器的气密性能。设计了新型双丢手机构,可适应多种工况对丢手作业的要求。该封隔器经过长期反复试验,其坐封、丢手、解封性能可靠,尤其是封隔器的密封性能有了质的提高,能够长期、反复、双向承压30 MPa,达到了设计目的。 Packer is a key part of downhole gas injection string used in the CO2 flooding oilfield. But, there is a common defect of insufficient gas seal for packers in use. Accordingly, the Secondary Compressive Y445 Packer was developed. Based on the structural concept of secondary load sustained compression rubbers, the packer was designed to compress continuously the rubber by string load, which makes the rubber permanently maintain contact with the casing. Slip tensioning mechanism was designed so that tiny set distance caused hy rubher relaxation was absorbed by the mechanism, thereby improving the air seal performance of the packer. Moreover, a new double-re- lease mechanism was imported, which can adapt to various working conditions for release operations. The packer has been proved reliable in setting, release and unseating in multiple trial applications, especially its sealing per- formance that is substantially improved to enable long-term repeated and bidirectional pressure up to 30 MPa, which meet the requirements of design.
