摘要
装饰性木纹纸存在颜色色差大、立体感不强、形似而无神韵等质量问题。针对木纹固有的外观特征,从原纸性能、专用水性油墨性能、激光雕刻技术、专色印刷等工艺环节,应用聚类分析法研究表明:原纸的色差、专色油墨色彩属性、印刷压力大小等因素造成木纹纸颜色色差大;原纸的白度、专色分色技术、专色油墨色域、对雕刻网点大小及深浅的控制等因素影响木纹纸木纹的立体感;人员艺术素养(对木纹主要特征材色、纹理、光泽度的掌握)、专色油墨的光泽度、制版工艺等因素导致木纹纸形似而无神韵。研究木纹复制规律,完善凹印工艺技术,实现木纹纸贴面板替代优质木材,可减少木材消耗,保护环境。
There is chromatic aberration distinctness, weak stereo sens, similar without spirit in decorative wood grain paper. For the character of wood grain paper, such as base paper performance, performance of water-based ink, laser engraving technology, color printing process. The application of clustering analysis research showed that the reason of the bigger chromatic aberration is color separation of base paper, the color ink color gamut, printing stress and so on; paper whiteness, color separation technology, the color ink color gamut, control of carving dot size and depth affect the stereo feeling of wood grain paper; art literacy （know well main character of wood grain color, texture, glossiness）, the color of the ink gloss, plate-making process and so on affect weak spirit to the decorative wood grain paper. Research of wood grain copy rule and improvement of gravure plate making technology could make wood grain paper panel instead of using high-quality timber, so the environment could be protected.
