摘要 在飞机的起飞、着陆、巡航飞行中,襟翼运动起着重要的作用;文章将以某型机的后缘内襟翼为研究对象,根据气动的吹风位置,对飞机的内襟翼机构采用数值法予以解算;滚珠丝杠作动器驱动滑轮架带动襟翼运动,通过滑轨的曲率变化和滑轮架的后退量变化来实现气动要求的矢量位置;该计算方法和结果已经成功运用到某型飞机内襟翼运动机构研制当中。 The flap movement makes an important effect in the phase of taking off,landing and cruise.Kinematic mechanism of Rear edge inboard flap based on a certain type of plane as the research object is solved out according to pneumatic position in this paper,which is result of wind tunnel test.Carriage drived by ball screw actuator puts the inboard flap in motion,and then vector coming from wind-tunnel test is achieved by curvature change and backward travel;the calculation method described in the paper and results have been successfully applied to kinematic mechanism research of inboard flap of the plane.
