摘要 提出了一种基于Modbus RTU协议及非接触式IC卡的CNG流量测控、远传及管理系统;系统以STC89C516微处理器为主控芯片,实现CNG流量采集、数据远传、历史记录查询、系统参数设置、实时显示、声光报警等;科氏力质量流量计及上位机均采用RS485接口、基于Modbus RTU协议与微控制器进行串行通信;利用非接触式IC卡及键盘输入密码修改系统参数、结算;使用严密的密码保护系统,保障IC卡的数据安全;系统测试结果表明:该系统运行平稳,能准确地实现数据采集、远传及显示;具有操作简单、检测精度高、抗干扰能力强、电路成本低等优点,具有广阔的应用前景。 A measure,control,remote transmission and management system of CNG flow based on Modbus RTU protocol and non-contact IC card is proposed.The system with the main control chip STC89C516 can implement CNG flow collection,data remote transmission,history record query,parameter settings,real-time display,sound and light alarm.The Coriolis mass flow-meter and host computer serially communicate with the microcontroller based on Modbus RTU protocol by RS485 interface.The non-contact IC card is used to modify the system parameter and balance with the help of the password entered by the keyboard.The strict password protection system is adopted to ensure the data safety in the IC card.The test results demonstrate that the system smoothly runs,accurately acquire data,remotely transfer data and display.It has the advantages of simple operation,high detection accuracy,strong anti-interference ability and low circuit cost,and has broad application prospects.
