摘要
文章简述了BIM的基本概念,分析了传统二维设计的局限性及BIM的主要优点。指出将BIM应用于铁路设计是十分必要和紧迫的,但BIM在铁路设计中的应用还处于初级阶段,需要大力推进。接下来就铁路选线,工点三维设计和三维地理信息集成三方面介绍了BIM应用于铁路设计的技术方案及案例。结果表明,采用BIM的铁路设计,可直观发现不合理的设计从而优化设计;简化了专业间信息交流,减少设计差错漏碰及返工,提高了设计团队工效;BIM模型可快速获取二维设计图纸、数量和投资,使设计者从繁杂的绘图、数量和投资计算中解脱出来,解放了设计生产力;BIM模型用于方案汇报工作,有利于达成一致,促进方案稳定,节约设计成本;BIM模型可作为有偿产品进一步用于4D施工模拟,指导施工以及铁路部门运营、维护和管理等,从源头提升行业水平,也可实现设计单位利益最大化。
The basic concepts of BIM is briefly presented in this paper, and limitations of the traditional two - dimension- al design and the main advantages of BIM are analyzed. It is very essential and urgent to apply BIM to railway design, but the application of BIM in railway design is still in its infancy that needs to be promoted. Next, technology solutions and cases that BIM's application to the railway design is introduced from 3 aspects, namely,railway line selection, 3D design of working spot and 3D GIS integration. The result shows that unreasonable design can be directly found when BIM is adopted so that the design is optimized ; exchange of information among professionals is simplified, design errors, leakage and conflict are reduced, rework is also reduced, and design team's efficiency is improved; BIM model can quickly obtain two -dimensional design drawings, quantity and investment, so that designers are free from the complex calculations, which means the design productivity is liberated; when BIM model is used for proposal report, it is condu- cive to reach an agreement, facilitate stability of proposal and save the design cost; BIM model can further be used as a paid product for 4D construction simulation to guide the construction as well as operation, maintenance and management of railway department. It could also be used to improve the industry level from the source, and to achieve the maximum benefits for design company.
