在国内创新性的开展城市环境保护总体规划的背景下,详细分析了湖南省开展城市环境保护总体规划的必要性与可行性,在此基础上,分析了城市环境保护总体规划与其他相关规划及国内主要环境管理手段的区别与联系,并提出了未来开展城市环境保护总体规划所需关注的主要内容,以期为城市开展相关工作提供参考。
The paper analyzes in detail the necessity and feasibility of overall planning of urban environmental protection in Hunan province with the background of overall planning of environmental protection in all over the my country,and compares the differences and relations of the overall planning of the urban environment protection and other related main environmental management measures,and proposes the main content to carry out the overall planning of city environmental protection,so as to provide reference for other city to carry out the relevant work.
