摘要
目的探讨护理干预在中早期食管癌行腔镜手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取72例行腔镜手术治疗的中早期食管癌患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各36例,对照组患者给予腔镜手术一般护理,观察组患者在一般护理基础上实施护理干预,比较两组腔镜手术配合效果及患者手术时间、术中出血量、胸引管拔除时间及患者对手术效果的满意率。结果观察组腔镜手术配合有效率为94.4%,显著高于对照组的75.0%相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者手术时间(92.65±11.81)min、术中出血量(93.52±6.13)m L、胸管拔除时间(2.65±1.62)d,较对照组患者手术时间(115.73±14.23)min、术中出血量(172.41±10.62)m L、胸管拔除时间(4.83±1.94)d均明显少,差异有显著统计学意义(均P<0.01);观察组患者对手术效果的满意率为94.4%,显著高于对照组的77.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对中早期食管癌行腔镜手术治疗的患者进行护理干预,提高医护人员之间手术配合度,提高腔镜手术治疗效果,提高患者对手术效果的满意率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention in patients with early or middle stage esophageal carcinoma treated with endoscope-assistant surgery. Methods 72 patients with early or middle stage esophageal carcinoma treated with endoscope-assistant surgery were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 36 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing of endoscope-assistant surgery, while patients in the observation group were given nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The effect of operative cooperation, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, time of chest tube removal, and patients' satisfaction to surgical effect were observed and compared between two groups. Results The effective rate operative cooperation was 94.4% of observation group, significantly higher than 75.0% of control group (P 〈0.05). The operating time, intraoperative blood loss, and time of chest tube removal of observation group were (92.65 ± 11.81) min, (93.52 ± 6.13) mL, (2.65 ± 1.62) d respectively, significantly lower than (115.73 ± 14.23) min, (172.41 ± 10.62) mL, (4.83 ± 1.94) d of control group, respectively; all the differences were statistically significant (P 〈0.01). Patients' satisfaction rate to surgical effect of observation group was 94.4%, significantly higher than 77.8% of control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusions For patients with early or middle stage esophageal carcinoma who receive endoscope-assistant surgery, nursing intervention can improve operative cooperation between nurses and doctors, improve the effect of endoscope-assistant surgery, and improve patients' satisfaction to surgical effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
