摘要
由于具有实时、免标记、高灵敏度等优点,表面等离体子共振(surface plasmon resonance,SPR)技术被广泛应用于生物分子相互作用的研究分析。在SPR能够检测的分子量范围内,基本所有的具有特异性反应的生物分子都可以被SPR生物传感器检测。因此,SPR技术越来越展示出其重要的应用价值,成为近几年来研究的热点。本文重点从原理、技术改进以及应用等三个角度对SPR技术进行阐述,并从技术改进方面重点介绍了SPR技术的两个发展:表面等离子体子共振成像(SPRi)技术与局域表面等离子体子技术(LSPR)。
With the superiorities as real-time, lable-free and precise, surface plasmon resonance(SPR) has been widely used in analysis of the interactions of biomolecules. Almost all the biomolecules with specific reactions can be detected by SPR biosensor within its limits of molecular weight. As a result, the value of applications of SPR has been revealed continually, which makes this technology become the research hotspot in recent years. We expounded SPR from three aspects, which are principle, the newest advances and applications. We also introduced local surface plasmon resonance(LSPR) and surface plasmon resonance imaging(SPRi) as two aspects of development of SPR.
