摘要 目的:评价牙科根管显微镜配合超声技术处理老年人钙化根管的临床效果和应用方法。方法:应用显微超声技术进行根管疏通156例老年患者的患牙188个钙化根管,其中前牙根管67个,前磨牙根管59个,磨牙根管62个,应用显微超声技术进行根管疏通治疗并做初步临床记录分析,统计钙化根管疏通成功率。结果:188个钙化根管中有133个根管疏通成功并完成根管治疗,钙化根管再通成功率为70.7%。其中前牙疏通成功60个(89.6%),前磨牙疏通成功41个(69.5%),磨牙疏通成功32个(51.6%)。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:显微超声技术是治疗老年钙化根管的有效可行的方法。 Objective: To evaluate the clinical curative effect and application method of operating microscope combined with ultrasonic technology for treatment of senile calcified root canals. Method: Using micro-ultrasound technology 188 calcified root canals of 156 cases of senile patients were dredged, which included 67 anterior root canals, 59 premolar root canals, and 62 molar root canals. Data was recorded to further calculate the success rate. Result: 133 out of 188 calcified root canals were dredged successfully, and the root canal treatment was accomplished. The success cases of dredged anterior tooth calcified root canals were 60(89.6%), premolar teeth calcified root canals 41(69.5%), molar teeth calcified root canals 32(51.6%). Difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Micro-ultrasound technology is an effective method for the treatment of elderly patients with calcified root canal.
