摘要
上海地区紧邻地铁的深基坑工程通常采用混凝土支撑和钢支撑相结合的支护体系,对基坑施工部署和进度控制要求非常高。针对在此类基坑开挖前,就需在其中安装塔式起重机的施工工况,提出异形组合式塔式起重机基础的设计思路,通过对基础选型、平面布置、结构设计和施工方法等方面的优化,使塔式起重机基础既能满足安全和成本等控制要求,又适用于紧邻地铁深基坑工程的复杂施工工况。
In Shanghai area,the design of the deep foundation excavation adjacent to subway usually combines the reinforced concrete and steel supporting system. The construction of such foundation excavation requires good deployment and high pace of progress. Under the condition that the tower crane should be installed into the foundation excavation before excavating,the special shaped combined foundation for tower crane is adopted. Through the optimization of the model selection,layout plan,structure design and construction method,the tower crane foundation can meet its security and cost control requirements,and it is applicable to the complicated construction conditions of deep foundation excavation close to subway.
