摘要
目的：采用HPLC法测定穿黄清热胶囊中穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯的含量。方法：色谱柱为Thermo syncronis C18（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-水（65∶35）,流量1.0mL/min,检测波长检测波长穿心莲内酯225nm,脱水穿心莲内酯254nm。结果：穿心莲内酯在0.10024~2.5060μg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为98.6%,RSD为1.6%;脱水穿心莲内酯在0.10064~2.5160μg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为98.4%,RSD为1.5%。结论：本法简便、快速、准确,可用于产品的质量控制。
Objective：To establish HPLC method for the determination of Andrographolide and Dehydroandrographolide in Chuanhuang Qingre capsules. Method： A Thermo syncronis C is （250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm）column was used with Methyl alcohol - Water as the mo- bile phase. Flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength of Andrographolide was 225nm,the detection wavelength of De- hydroandrographolide was 254nm. Results： The linear ranges of Andrographolide was 0. 10024 - 2. 5060μg（ r = 0. 9999） , The average recovery was 98.6% and the RSD was 1.6% ; The linear ranges of Dehydroandrographolide was 0. 10064 - 2. 5160μg（ r =0. 9999） , The average recovery was 98.4% and the RSD was 1.5%. Conclusion：The method is convenient, sensitive and accurate. It can be used for quality control of Chuanhuang Qingre Capsules.
