摘要
本文以山东水利职业学院道路与桥梁工程技术专业为例,结合山东省高等学校特色专业建设,对高职路桥专业"工学交替"教学模式进行了探讨。从人才培养模式、教学实践基地建设、教学团队建设、社会服务与对外交流4个方面分析了工学交替模式在路桥专业改革过程中的具体步骤和方法,为其他高等职业院校采取工学交替模式进行改革提供可借鉴的经验和依据。
Working and learning alternation teaching mode on higher vocational road and bridge specialty is discussed in this paper, which takes Shandong Water Polytechnic as an example, combined with college and university characteristic major con-struction of Shandong Province. The authors analyze how to carry out working and learning alternation teaching mode on higher vo-cational road and bridge specialty from the personnel training mode, teaching practice base construction, teaching team build-ing and social services. It provides referential experience and ba-sis for other working and learning alternation teaching mode re-form in higher vocational education.
