摘要
目的调查供应室护士心理资本与职业倦怠状况,了解二者之间的关系,为护理管理提供依据。方法采用心理资本问卷(PCQ)和中文版M氏职业倦怠量表(MBI)对80名供应室护士进行问卷调查,并对护士心理资本与职业倦怠的关系进行分析。结果在PCQ量表评分中,供应室护士自我效能维度、韧性维度、乐观维度、希望维度得分分别为(25.06±4.11),(20.18±3.34),(11.71±3.01),(21.70±4.24)分;在NBI量表评分中,情绪衰竭维度、去人格化维度、低成就感维度得分分别为(27.76±9.15),(9.36±4.24),(23.26±7.37)分,为高度倦怠水平。相关分析显示,情绪衰竭、去人格化与心理资本各维度呈负相关(P〈0.01),低成就感与心理资本各维度呈正相关(P〈0.01)。结论供应室护士心理资本水平一般,职业倦怠感较高,护理管理者应关注供应室护士心理资本和职业倦怠状况,给予必要的干预教育措施。
Objective To research the status of psychological capital and job burnout of the nurses in supply room and to understand their relationship, in order to afford the basis for nursing management. Methods Totals of 80 nurse in supply room were researched by Psychological Capital Questionnaire(PCQ) and Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI) , and the relationship of between psychological capital and job burnout was analyzed. Results The dimensions of self-efficacy, toughness, optimism and hope were ( 25.06 ± 4.11 ), ( 20.18 ± 3.34 ), ( 11.71 ± 3. 01 ), (21.70 ± 4.24 ), respectively. For the scores of PCQ, the dimensions of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and low achievement were (27. 76 ± 9. 15 ), (9. 36 ± 4. 24), (23.26 ± 7.37), respectively. Correlation analysis showed, emotional exhaustion and depersonalization were negatively related to other dimensions of PCQ ( P 〈 0.01 ). Low achievement was positively related to other dimensions of PCQ ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions The level of psychological capital of the nurses in supply room is at the general level. Nurses have high degree job burnout, the nursing managers should pay close attention to the condition of psychological capital and job burnout of them, give them necessary intervention education measures.
