摘要
以中国无忧花为试材,采用单因素完全随机设计方法,研究了植物生长调节剂GGR6对中国无忧花的影响。结果表明:喷施不同浓度植物生长调节剂GGR6对中国无忧花的各生理生化指标影响不同。对中国无忧花苗木叶面喷施GGR6最佳浓度在20-30mg/L。随着GGR6浓度的增加,与CK相比,其叶片叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、游离脯氨酸含量呈现先增大后减小趋势;对超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性呈现先减小后增大趋势;对叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量影响呈现逐渐降低趋势。
Taking Saraca dives Pierre as material,with single factor completely randomized design,the effects of different concentrations GGR6 on physiology and biochemistry of Saraca dives Pierre were studied.The results showed that there were different effects on the physiology and biochemistry of Saraca dives Pierre by spraying different concentrations of GGR6.The optimal concentration was 20~30mg/L of plant growth regulator GGR6 on the Saraca dives Pierre by comprehensive analysis.The leaf chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content,free proline content showed a trend of first increasing then decreasing,SOD activity showed a trend of first decreasing then increasing,MDA content showed a trend of gradually reduce compared with control with the increase of concentration of GGR6.
