摘要
口腔上颌窦穿孔是牙拔除术中较常见的并发症之一,处理不当会进一步发展至口腔上颌窦瘘和上颌窦炎等,给患者带来诸多痛苦。如何预防及处理上颌窦穿孔是口腔外科医生所关注的热点。本文就口腔上颌窦穿孔及上颌窦瘘的定义、原因、临床表现、处理方法以及预防进行阐述。
Oroantral perforation is one of the most common complications of extraction of teeth. Improper management can further lead to oroantral fistula and maxillary sinusitis,which will bring out a lot of discomfort to patients. How to prevent and treat oroantral perforation is a concerned issue for oral surgeons. This paper discussed the definition,causes,clinical manifestation,treatment and prevention of oroantral perforation and oroantral fistula.
