骨髓间充质干细胞在腱骨愈合领域研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 韧带和肌腱损伤是一种临床常见病、多发病[1].韧带重建术被广泛应用于关节韧带损伤的治疗[2],以避免关节失稳及骨性关节炎等诸多问题[3].为了提高韧带愈合的质量和恢复韧带的正常功能,以转基因技术、合适的种子细胞、合理的支架材料及机械应力等作为基本要素的组织工程韧带在韧带愈合和重建过程中具有巨大的发展潜力,有望解决目前韧带和肌腱修复重建术中产生的诸多问题.在组织工程韧带的构建过程中种子细胞的选择和转化尤为重要,骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)作为一种常用的“干细胞”具有自我更新和多向分化能力.本文对BMSCs在腱骨愈合领域的应用研究作一综述.
