摘要
文化创意产业是我国的新兴战略产业,该产业的发展既要有宏观政策支持,也要依托创意和技术创新,更需要高校提供人才支持和智力支撑,提高文化创意产品和服务的文化含量、科技含量。高等学校文化传承创新的职能与文化创意产业具有内在的逻辑关联性,高校推动文化创意产业繁荣发展的主要路径有四:培养人才,开发文化创意产业的人力资本;协同创新,提升文化创意产业的文化科技含量;校企合作,促进文化创意产业结构优化升级;搭建平台,建设文化创意项目校内校外孵化基地。
The cultural creative industry is China's strategic industry that needs policy support as well as creative notion and technological innovation,and also needs talent support and intellectual sustaining. The higher education institutions should promote the development of cultural creative industry by four ways: to train talent for gathering human capital for the industry,to cooperate with other sectors to improve the cultural and technological connotation,to coordinate with cultural companies to upgrade the industry,and to build combinatory bases in- campus and out- campus.
