摘要
为探讨仙翁愈疡合剂保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎（UC）的疗效，将经纤维结肠镜检查诊断为UC的60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各30例，治疗组应用仙翁愈疡合剂（50m1）保留灌肠，对照组应用锡类散2．0g加生理盐水50ml保留灌肠，均每晚睡前治疗1次，连续治疗20d。比较两组患者治疗前后症状改善情况及总体疗效。结果显示，两组患者治疗后腹痛、腹泻、脓血便、里急后重症状评分较治疗前均降低，P〈0．05；治疗后治疗组各症状评分明显低于对照组，P〈0．05。治疗组患者腹痛、腹泻、脓血便、里急后重症状缓解总有效率均明显高于对照组，P〈0．05。治疗组临床总体疗效明显优于对照组，P〈0．05。治疗过程中，两组患者肝功、肾功均未见异常。治疗后对症状完全缓解者随访3个月，治疗组复发1例（1／17，5．88％），对照组复发1例（1／9，11．11％），两组复发率比较差异有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结果表明，仙翁愈疡合剂保留灌肠治疗Uc疗效肯定，且无不良反应，值得临床推广应用。
This study was to investigate the effect of retention enema with Xianweng Yuyang （compound Chinese herb） mixture in the treatment of ulcerative colitis（UC）.The 60 patients who had been diagnosed as UC by using fibercolonoscopy were randomly divided into treatment group and control one, n = 30 per group ; treatment group received above enema with the mixture of 50ml,while control＇s enema was with Xilei San（Chinese herb powder） 2.0g plus normal saline of 50ml,in both groups l time by;sleeping every night,for 20 days ; then , the whole effects and the symptom-improved status were compared between both groups.As results, in both groups after treatment the scores on abdominal pain, diarrhea pus and blood stool,and tenesmus symptom were all decreased（ P〈0.05）,and the scores of treatment group was more lower than that of controls（ P 〈0.05）;the total effective rate on above symptoms remission in treatment group was significantly higher than that in controls（ P〈0.05）,and the whole effect of treatment group was significantly superior to controls（ P〈0.05）;within treatment there was no abnormal status of liver and kidney function in both groups;after treatment the follow-up of 3 months on the patients being com-plete remission showed that recurrence rates of both groups had statistical difference （treatment group： controls= 1/17,5.88% vs 1/9,11.11%, P〈0.05）.Results show that Xianweng Yuyang mixture used in reten- tion enema has certain effect without any adverse reaction,thus is worthy to be popularized to use clinically.
