美国教师教育协同创新模式及其中国化改造 被引量:20

On the Model of American Teacher Education Collaborative Innovation and Its Chinese Transformation

摘要 PDS协同创新模式是美国教师教育实践转型的里程碑事件。我们应借鉴其基本理念,融汇本土思想,确立我国教师教育协同创新基本坐标;借鉴其合作模式,以师范大学为主导,全面建立U-S伙伴合作关系,形成我国教师教育协同创新基本框架;借鉴其运行机制,拓展参与主体,深化合作内涵,形成我国教师教育协同创新基本格局;认识其面临的挑战,统筹推进我国教师教育实践转型;弥补其制度缺憾,发挥政府作用,建立我国教师教育协同创新基本制度框架、多元社会系统和有效保障体系。 PDS collaborative innovation model is the milestone in the transformation of American teacher education practice.China should use its basic concept for reference and converge domestic idea to establish the basic coordinates of teacher education collaborative innovation;our country should take examples by the cooperation pattern and give priority to normal universities so as to establish U-S strategic partnership comprehensively,then form the basic framework of the teacher education collaborative innovation;draw lessons from its operation mechanism,expand the participating subjects and deepen cooperation connotation to form the basic structure of teacher education collaborative innovation;recognize current challenges to boost the transformation of teacher education practice in our country;make up for the regrets on system,and play the role of government so as to establish the basic institutional framework of the teacher education collaborative innovation,pluralistic society system and effective security system.
