皮肤出血点、发热、神志改变1例

摘要 1病历摘要 患者，女，40岁，主因“发现全身皮肤出血点3天”于本院血液科门诊就诊，查血常规：白细胞（WBC）4．32×10^9/L，N0．558，血红蛋白（HGB）102g／L，血小板（PLT）8×10^9／L，遂转至本院急诊治疗。
