摘要
采用三次色概念设计的活性染料组合做棉织物染色,染橄榄绿、土黄色、灰色等敏感色系,其高一次正确染色率,有效缩短生产时间,降低能源耗用20%及减少印染废水COD排放,具有清洁生产特点;日晒牢度、耐汗晒牢度和耐氯水牢度接近还原染料的性能。
Critical shades as olive, earth, grey etc, were dyeing with a dye combination that designed by the theory of tertiary color in chromatics. They could shorten dyeing time, reduce 20% energy consumption and reduce COD discharge of printing - dyeing waste water based on their high Right First Time (RFT) performances; it was a clean -production. Their light fastness, perspiration -light fastness, and fastness to chlorinated water were approach to that of vat dyes.
