摘要
舰船复杂的结构和多样的铁磁材料使得建立准确的舰船磁场模型十分困难,研究船载铁磁物体对全船磁场的影响规律是建立舰船磁场简化模型的必要前提。基于三维静磁积分法,提出一种船载铁磁物体对全船磁场影响的数值预测方法。首先以圆筒和钢板混合模型为计算实例,模拟计算结果与实验测量值吻合较好,由此说明数值模拟计算的有效性和正确性;其次,设计某型船模的数值计算模型,分析研究内部铁磁设备、垂直舱壁及水平舱壁对全船磁场的影响规律。结果表明,对于低磁材料的舰船,不能忽略船载铁磁物体对全船磁场的影响。所得结论对实际舰船磁场建模工程具有一定指导意义。
Due to the complicated structure and various ferromagnetic material of ships,it is extremely difficult to construct exact magnetic models of ships. Researching on the influence of the onboard ferromagnetic objects on the magnetic field of ships is the precondition for the construction of the approximate magnetic models of ships. A prediction method is proposed for the influence of the magnetic field of the onboard ferromagnetic objects on the magnetic field of ships based on 3D magnetostatic integral equation method. Firstly,a magnetic model of the ferromagnetic hollow cylinder and the steel plate is provided to verify the proposed prediction method. The consistency of the calculated field and the measured field showed its efficiency. Secondly,a mock-up numerical simulation for the influence of the magnetic field of the onboard ferromagnetic objects on the magnetic field is designed,including ferromagnetic equipment,vertical wallboards and horizontal wallboards. The simulation showed that the onboard ferromagnetic objects should not be ignored when modeling. The obtained conclusions have great significance for the practical engineering of magnetic models of ships.
