全桥直流变压器/变换器ISOP组合式系统的研究 被引量:23

Researches on Combined Input-series Output-parallel Systems Composed of Full-bridge DC Transformers and Converters

摘要 对于高压直流输电系统中的高压直流变换器,高电压是其设计难点之一,利用多模块串并联组合结构可解决高压问题。对于输入串联输出并联(input-series output-parallel,ISOP)组合式直流变换器,可采用两类模块即全桥直流变压器和全桥直流变换器的组合结构将高压直流电变换成低压直流电,供电给负载。不同于传统的ISOP组合变换器,其模块间采用开环与闭环相结合的方式,只需保证各个模块间的压差控制在一定的范围内,简化了整个变换器的控制方式。该文对两类模块的输出特性进行分析研究,给出该组合变换器的均压设计,搭建两台全桥直流变压器和一台全桥直流变换器ISOP的仿真模型及原理样机,通过仿真和实验进行验证。 High voltage is one of the design difficulties for the DC converters in high voltage direct current(HDVC)systems. Multi-module series and parallel combinations is one of the effective solutions. The composite structure of full-bridge DC transformers and full-bridge DC converters as two kinds of standardized modules was used for a combined input-series output-parallel(ISOP) DC converter where high voltage will be transformed to low voltage. Unlike m the traditional combined ISOP DC converter, a combination of the open-loop and closed-loop control was used in the composite structure. It ensures that the voltage differences of all modules are controlled in a certain range, and will simplify the control method. Based on the analysis of the output characteristics of each module,this paper gave out a voltage-sharing design of the combined ISOP DC converter. An ISOP simulation model and a principle prototype consisting of two full-bridge DC transformers and one phase-shifted full-bridge series resonant converter were built to verify the effectiveness of the proposed design.
