摘要
以沙沱垂直升船机本体段排架柱为对象,针对排架柱大跨度、超高及施工工期紧张的特点,采用钢结构柱方案。基于ANSYS的APDL参数化建模,建立排架柱有限元模型,并对排架柱进行了静力学分析,得到了排架柱整体变形与应力分布结果。将分析结果应用于实际工程中,为同类型排架柱的设计和优化工作提供了重要的参考依据。
Taking the the bent frame column of the Shatuo vertical ship lift for object,according to the characteristics that the bent frame column was large span and super-high,short construction period,the scheme of the bent frame column applies steel structure.Based on parametric model for APDL in ANSYS,the finite element model of the bent frame column was created by using ANSYS,the static analysis of the finite element model was carried out,distribution of deformation and stress was obtained.The analysis results have been applied in the practical project,providing reference for the design and optimization work of the same type bent frame column.
