摘要
根据轴承负荷敏感性分析结果,研究600MW空冷机组敏感轴承对其它落地轴承及整个轴系的影响。考虑低压缸双排汽的特点,分析了3#、4#轴承在不同标高变化状态下的各轴承负荷的变化情况,研究了轴系临界转速的变化规律。结合空冷机组排汽参数的频繁变化,分析了轴颈不平衡响应特性。进而根据轴系振动特征,通过对数衰减率研究机组的稳定性问题。
According to the sensitivity analysis results of the bearing load,the paper studies the effect of sensitive bearing in 600 MW air cooling unit on other ground bearing and the entire shafting. Considering the characteristics of the low-pressure cylinder double exhaust,the load change of each bearing is analyzed when the elevation of the 3rd and 4th bearings are changed. And the variation law of the critical speed of the shaft is studied. Combining with frequent changes of the exhaust parameters in air cooling units,the journal unbalance response characteristics are analyzed. Then according shaft vibration characteristics,the stability of the units is studied by logarithmic decay rate.
