摘要
目前的手术导航系统通常利用术前CT图像数据,不具备实时性。而超声成像凭借它的实时性和对病人较小伤害被应用到手术导航中来。超声图像在手术导航系统中的应用,需要解决的重要问题是将需要的超声图像准确的融合到CT图像中去。这就要求超声图像的准确配准。而超声图像与CT图像的配准是一个技术难题。为了解决这个问题,一个可靠的方法就是利用CT图像的信息进行超声图像的仿真。根据超声图像的成像原理,改进了Wein等提出的超声仿真方法,减少计算量,增加了计算的可靠性并且加入了新的超声特性。通过该方法得到的仿真超声图像用来解决超声图像与CT图像的配准问题。
The current navigation system often used preoperative CT image data, cannot get available real-time image. Ultrasonic image with its real-time and less damage to patient is applied to the surgery navigation. The application of ultrasonic image in the navigation system, one of the important problems need to be solved is CT-ultrasound accurate registration. But the ultrasound and CT image registration is a difficult technical problem. A reliable method to solve this problem is use ultrasound imaging simulation. We based on the imaging principle of ultrasound images, improved the ultrasonic simulation method that Wein has put forward,reduce the calculation,increase the reliability of the calcu-lation and add a new ultrasonic feature. The simulation of ultrasonic image is applied to CT-ultrasound registration.
