摘要
针对沁水盆地煤层气水平井开采中以清水作为钻井液的情况,室内采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、煤岩膨胀实验和敏感性实验分析了煤层气储层岩石组成及理化性能,同时结合水质结垢预测、水质粒度分析与动态体积流过量实验等方法研究了清水钻井液,结果表明清水对煤层气储层造成损害的因素为:与地层水配伍性不好易结垢、矿化度较地层流体低易引起煤层中黏土矿物水化膨胀、自身絮凝能力弱易造成微小固相颗粒堵塞污染、返排能力差不利于煤层气排水开采。
For the situation that horizontal well coalbed methane exploitation in the Qinshui basin uses clear water as the drilling fluid, based on the analysis of rock components and physicochemieal properties for coal bed methane reservoir by X - ray diffraction (XRD) , Scanning Electron Microscope( SEM ), coal rock swelling test and evaluation of sensitivity, combined with water scaling prediction, wa- ter analysis of grain size and excessive dynamic volumetric flow experiments to study the clear water drilling fluid, the results show that the factors caused damages of the eoalbed methane reservoir include the bad compatibility with formation water which leads to scaled easily, the hydrate expansion of clay minerals in the coal bed with the low degree of mineralization, the weak self flocculated ability which is easy to cause the small solid particle blocking pollution, and the bad flow back ability which is against the coal - bed gas drainage exploitation.
