摘要
对1000 kW输送机用隔爆型感应电动机提出整体电磁方案并进行结构设计。用有限元模型对感应电动机的电气性能、齿谐波进行仿真,解决了大功率隔爆型电动机设计的关键问题。
Overall electromagnetic and structure de-sign of the 1 000 kW flame-proof induction motor used in the conveyer was fulfilled. The finite element model was adopted to simulate electrical capability and tooth harmon-ic, thus, resolving the key problem in the design of high power lame-proof induction motor.
