摘要
针对华兴矿业公司15150工作面下巷过轨道下山时穿煤层底板造成的巷道"V"型起伏,使用单部带式输送机完成运输成为了一个生产难题。为了优化运输环节,提高工作效率,基于带式输送机的特性和现场实际情况,提出并应用了带式输送机机头改向技术,实现了仅使用一部带式输送机就可满足"V"型起伏巷道的运输需求。
Aimed at Huaxing Mining Companies under the 15150 face lane crossing track down wear caused by the coal seam floor, the“V”type of ups and downs, using single department to complete the transportation belt conveyor has become a production problem. In order to optimize transport links, improve work efficiency, based on the characteristics and the actual situation of belt conveyor, belt conveyor is proposed and applied to the head redirection technology, the use of only one belt conveyor can meet the“V”-type undulating roadway transportation needs.
