幼年型粒单核细胞白血病1例并文献复习

摘要 幼年型粒单核细胞白血病（JMML）是儿科少见的慢性髓系白血病，发生于儿童早期，兼有骨髓增殖性疾病（MPD）和骨髓增生异常综合征（MDS）的特征，占儿童白血病的2％-3％，发病机制不明，预后差；造血干细胞移植是目前报道惟一有望治愈JMML的方法。现将我院收治的1例JMML患儿的诊治情况报告如下。
