摘要
燃煤电厂烟气脱硫石膏产量大,一般作为危险废弃物填埋,将其转化为高附加值的硫酸钙晶须产品对节约资源、保护环境具有重要意义。介绍了硫酸钙晶须的性能和在材料改性、反应催化和环境保护方面的应用;详细讨论了脱硫石膏制备硫酸钙晶须的研究现状和硫酸钙晶须制备的优化手段;最后对脱硫石膏制备硫酸钙晶须的工业化提出了展望。
The gypsum from flue gas desulfurization of coal fired power planthas a high output and would be landfilled as a hazardous waste generally. The conversion of the gypsum into the high value-added calcium sulfate whisker has an important significance on resource saving and environmental protection. The performance of calcium sulfate whisker and its application on material modification, catalytic reaction and environmental protection were introduced. The research status of the whisker prepared from the gypsum and the optimization methods of whisker preparation were discussed in detail. Finally,the industrialization of the whisker prepared by the gypsum from flue gas desulfurization of coal-fired power plant was predicted.
