摘要
对膨胀阻燃剂复合阻燃环氧树脂进行了深入研究。选择聚磷酸铵(APP)、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐(MCA)两种阻燃剂复配制备了阻燃环氧树脂试样,结果表明:APP与MCA的最佳质量比为3∶1。基于APP和MCA的最佳比例,分别选择红磷(P)、硼酸锌(ZB)和季戊四醇(PT)作为协效剂,结果表明,P的加入使得试样的氧指数提高最大,但力学性能下降很大;PT与APP、MCA具有最佳协同效应,最佳配方为:80%树脂,18%APP/MCA(质量比为3∶1),2%的PT,试样的氧指数为29.4%,垂直燃烧达到UL94V-0级,拉伸强度为33.3MPa,冲击强度为5.8kJ·m-2。
Intumescent flame retardant compound flame retarded epoxy resin was studied in detail. The flame retarded epoxy resin samples were prepared by mixing the selected APP and MCA flame retardant, results showed the best weight ratio of APP and MCA was obtained as 3 : 1. Based on the best ratio of APP and MCA,P,ZB and PT was selected as the synergetic flame retardant respeetively, results showed that the oxygen index was improved greatly when filling with P,the mechanic properties losed rarely. PT had the best synergetic effect with APP and MCA,the best recipe was resin of 80 %, APP and MCA(weight ratio was 3 : 1)of 18% and PT of 2 %,the oxygen index was 29.4%, vertical burning reached UL 94 V-0 level,tensile strength was 33.3MPa,impact strength was 5.8kJ · m ^-2.
