摘要
课堂教学自我评价是教师自我评价的重要组成部分,其实施和运作受到多种因素的影响和制约。在学校方面,按照学校因素的能动性有所不同,将其影响因素分为评价管理和评价环境两个维度,并探讨了从这两个维度出发来如何创建教师自我评价的校本机制,并由此创建教师自我评价的校本机制。
Class teaching self-evaluation is an important part of teacher' s self-evaluation whose implementation and operation are effected and reslricted by many factors. In view of the initiative of schools influential factors axe divided into evaluation management and evaluation environment and how to establish tea cher' s self-evaluation school-based mechanism from the two dimensions and the establishment of tea cher's self-evaluation school-based mechanism are discussed.
