摘要
在回顾以往文献的基础上,讨论图书馆咨询团队知识转移效率的定义及其内涵,详细地分析图书馆咨询团队知识转移效率的影响因素和测度方法,进一步提出维持咨询团队知识转移渠道畅通、重视制度效率研究以及建立与完善咨询团队知识转移运行激励机制等措施,降低图书馆咨询团队知识转移效率递减风险。
In this paper, a review of previous literature is reviewed, and library consulting teamknowledge transfer efficiency of definition and intention are discussed. Library knowledge transferefficiency of the method of measurement, and influencing factors are analyzed. Further, this paperproposes to maintain the consulting team knowledge transfer channels, the emphasis on system efficiencyas well as measures to establish and perfect the consulting team knowledge transfer run incentives, reducelibrary advisory team knowledge transfer efficiency and decreasing risk.
