摘要 基于Lib QUAL+构建移动图书馆服务质量评价模型,即借助具体数据,通过周密设计、复杂检验,构建出包含入口、网络、功能、交互4个维度,19个指标的移动图书馆服务质量评价模型。 Based on Lib QUAL+,this paper build mobile library service quality evaluation model, withspecific data, through careful design, complex testing, this paperbuilds containing portal, network, func-tion and interaction of four dimensions, nineteen indicators. Mobile library service quality evaluation mod-el.
