摘要
目的探讨胃大部切除术后大出血的原因及处理措施。方法对15例胃大部切除术后近期胃出血的临床资料进行分析。结果15例患者匀经再次手术止血,无手术并发症及手术死亡病例,所有患者止血成功。结论出血速度快、出血量大,经保守治疗后病人的生命体征恢复。
Objective To study the cause and management of massive haemorrhage after the stomach most measures. Methods To analyze the 15 cases of the clinical data when the recent stomach bleeding after the subtotal gastrectomy. Results 15 patients after hemostatic operation again. No surgery complications and death cases, all the patients successfully hemostasis. Conclusion Fast bleeding, large blood loss, after conservative treatment the patient＇s vital signs were restored.
