摘要
为了进一步研究多孔介质中酚醛树脂冻胶的动态交联反应规律,采用循环流动装置,分析了不同渗透率和注入速度下多孔介质中酚醛树脂冻胶的动态成胶过程。结果表明,随着渗透率的增大,其动态成胶时间缩短,成胶后冻胶粘度增大,从而建立了酚醛树脂冻胶粘度与渗透率的定量关系;随着注入速度增大,其动态初始成胶时间先缩短后延长,最终成胶时间延长,冻胶强度降低,从而建立了酚醛树脂冻胶粘度与剪切速率的定量关系。通过分析渗透率和剪切速率对多孔介质中酚醛树脂冻胶动态成胶的影响,建立了不同渗透率下酚醛树脂冻胶注入速度和剪切速率的关系,为调剖时注入速度的选择提供理论依据。
In order to further study the dynamic gelation of phenol formaldehyde resin(PFR) gel in porous media, the dynamic gelationof PFR gel under different permeabilities and injected speeds are studied with the device of circular flow in porous media. The resultsshow that, along with the increase of permeability, the initial dynamic gelation time(IGT) and the final dynamic gelation time(FGT) in-crease and the gel strength decreases. Furthermore, we determined the relationship between viscosity after dynamic gelation and perme-ability. The IGT of PFR gel declines at first and then increases as injected speed increases, while FGT of PFR gel increases and gelstrength decreases. At the same time, the quantitative relationship of viscosity after dynamic gelation and injected speed is established.The relationship between injected speed and shear rate under different permeabilities is established on the basis of effects of permeabil-ities and injected speed on dynamic gelation of PFR gel in porous media. And, this paper can provide the theory basis for the selectionof injectedspeedunder different permeabilitiesin profile control.
