水杨醛缩L-丝氨酸席夫碱Cu(Ⅱ)配合物的制备及消除超氧阴离子自由基活性 被引量:2

摘要 目的:制备水杨醛L-丝氨酸席夫碱Cu (Ⅱ)配合物,并研究配合物对超氧阴离子自由基的清除作用。方法以水杨醛、L-丝氨酸、硫酸铜为原料,合成了水杨醛L-丝氨酸席夫碱Cu(Ⅱ)配合物,利用紫外-可见吸收光谱和红外吸收光谱表征其结构,利用邻苯三酚自氧化法对配合物清除超氧阴离子自由基的能力进行了测定。结果水杨醛L-丝氨酸席夫碱中的亚甲胺基N 原子及酚羟基O原子与Cu2+配位,配合物在浓度1.25-50.0 mg/L的范围内,对超氧自由基的清除率为45.04%-78.37%。结论水杨醛L-丝氨酸席夫碱铜配合物对超氧阴离子自由基具有一定的清除作用。 Objective To prepare the complexes formed by Salicylaldehyde L-serine Schiff base and Cu 2+and inves-tigate its activity to eliminate superoxide radical .Methods The complexes of Cu 2+with Salicylaldehyde L-serion Schiff base was synthesized by salicylaldehyde ,L-serine and cupric sulfate .The structure of the complexes were stud-ied by Uv-vis spectrum and infrared spectrum .The ability of the complexes to eliminate the superoxide anion radical were studied by pyrogallol self-oxidation method .Results The N atom and O atom phenolic group in the schiff base was involved in the coordination of Cu 2+.The eliminating ratio to superoxide anion radical of complexes was 45.04%-78.37%with the concentration in the range of 1.25-50.0 mg/L.Conclusion The complexes of Cu2+with Salicylaldehyde L-serion Schiff base has good capacity to eliminate the superoxide anion radical .
