应用手动脉冲发生器调压的可调直流稳压电源 被引量:2

摘要 针对目前可调直流稳压电源主要采用电位器调压而存在电位器寿命短、故障率高及调压精度低等不足,提出采用手动脉冲发生器作为其调压方式。阐述了系统的总体结构及增量式PI控制算法的基本原理,分析研究了利用手动脉冲发生器调节输出电压设定值的控制方法,并通过样机实验对其效果进行了验证。结果表明:该调压方式具有结构简单、控制灵活、调压精度高、抗干扰性强、使用寿命长等特点,具有一定的应用价值。 Currently, the potentiometer was used by adjustable DC power supply as voltage regulator, but the disadvantages such as short life, high failure rate and low regulation precision etc, were existed. So the manual pulse generator was proposed as voltage regulator. The overal structure of the system and the basic principle of the incremental PI control algorithm adopted were expounded, and the control method of output voltage setting by means of the manual pulse generator was analyzed. The validity of this power supply was tested by means of hardware experimentation. The results show that the power supply has the characteristics such as simple structure, flexible control, high precision voltage regulation, strong anti-interference and long life, which is of certain practical importance.
