摘要
橄榄石型结构的磷酸铁锂具有价格低廉、稳定性好、环境友好和安全性能高等优势,被认为是在动力电车和混合动力电车上很具应用前景的下一代锂离子电池正极材料。但是较低的电子电导率和离子扩散速率限制了磷酸铁锂的商业应用。在众多改性方法中,掺杂是最有效的方法之一。综述了Li Fe PO4掺杂改性的研究进展,并展望了掺杂技术的前景。
Olive phase LiFePO4 was widely recognized as a promising candidate for next generation of second lithium batteries for EV (electric vehicle) and HEV (hybird electric vehicle) applications due to its low cost、high stability、environmental benign and safety performance. However, its commercial application was prevented for its low ionic and electronic conductivity. Numerous approaches were made to overcome this obstacle, and doping seemed to be one of the most effective way. Doping of LiFePO4 was reviewed, and the prospect for doping of LiFePO4 was predicted.
