摘要
介绍了一种TC2钛合金表面电镀乳白/硬铬双层铬工艺,主要工序有喷砂、除油、活化、氢化、镀乳白铬、真空热扩散退火、喷砂、乳白铬活化和镀硬铬。对乳白铬中间层进行热处理后再电镀硬铬可提高中间层与基体和后续硬铬层之间的结合强度,显著提高钛合金的表面硬度和耐磨性。
A plating process for milk-white/hard double- layer chromium coating on TC2 titanium alloy was introduced. The process flow is mainly composed of sand blasting, degreasing, activation, hydrogenation, milk-white chromium plating, annealing by vacuum thermal diffusion, secondary sand blasting, activation of milk-white chromium coating, and hard chromium plating. The heat treatment of intermediate milk-white chromium coating prior to hard chromium plating strengthens its adhesion to substrate and subsequent hard chromium coating, improving the surface hardness and wear resistance of titanium alloy
